Semillon Sauvignon Blanc
750mL This wine has
lime and citrus aromas with slight tropical undertones. Lemon and grassy
flavours follow on the palate, with a crisp acid finish and a slight
lemongrass aftertaste. This wine is best with light fresh meals,
seafood, rice and salads.
Grenache Shiraz 750mL
This wine was harvested at optimum ripeness and fermented for two weeks,
before six months storage in oak barrels. Upon tasting, the nose has
distinct American oak characteristics with a backing of fresh berry
fruit aromas. The palate is fruity and has a firm, but not gripping
finish. This wine goes well with steak and game dishes.
