Made from Botrytis infected
Semillon grapes, this is the famous world class wine style of Botrytis
Semillon from the Riverina Region. Classic Botrytis characteristics with
apricot, citrus peel and raisiny aromas. These flavours continue on the
palate with honeyed lime bottle age characteristics. The finish is firm
and not obviously sweet.
