Chardonnay
An oak aged full bodied Chardonnay. This wine shows peach and melon
aromas with a full rounded palate and a pleasant lingering oak.
Excellent for storage in the fridge. Lasts much longer than an open
bottle of wine
Shiraz
Rich berry fruit and a fine grain tannin on the palate, showing some
oak, with a smooth finish. An excellent alternative to storing an open
bottle, as the wine stays fresh in the cask for months
Presidents Port
An oak aged tawny port. Complex raisiny fruit and a warm smooth finish.
