With the new generation recently taking over the winemaking responsibilities, Frank Senior's grandson, Robert Bruno continues to produce quality wines using the latest technology and know-how combined with the experience of 40 years winemaking from the older generation.
Robert Bruno is a young dedicated winemaker who shows a passion for making quality wines. His ambition is to make an impression on the Australian wine industry by setting his own individual standards of style and quality.
His studies include a Wine Science Degree at Charles Sturt University and hands on experience in France and Australia's Barossa Valley, Hunter Valley, Mornington Peninsula and Central Victoria.
Since 1997 Robert has fine tuned this traditional Winery by combining technology and teamwork. He has brought about an era of growth and establishment, while fine tuning the winery taking it to new levels of excellence. Robert makes a range of varietal wines, each maintaining the individual characteristics of the grape variety.
Robert's reputation is one of integrity, fairness and consistency. His long term plans will easily identify him as one of the top winemakers in Australia.
