An elegant, medium bodied but flavoursome wine that is soft and easy to drink. It is ruby in colour with violet undertones and displays aromas of blackberries, plums, sweet cherries along with vanillin oak, a hint of spice and chocolate. These follow through to the juicy palate with soft tannins and good length.  This wine is good with Roast Chicken, duck, pork or lighter pasta dishes.
